As of October 2011 I am only in my San Francisco office on Tuesdays. I occasionally see clients in Sausalito, but don't keep a regular schedule for this.  If my limited hours won't work for you, I am more than happy to refer you to one of my trusted colleagues.

Rates
$150 per 50 min session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits (for outpatient mental health)?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session. I try to be flexible here in case of emergencies, but need to protect my own time as well.
